I have two trucks and both have fleettax gps. I pay $70 per month for both. I get email updates about speed,braking, low voltage etc The best thing about fleetrax gps is that it can be installed behind the dash and no one will ever know. I had a driver work for me for 6 days and then sue me claiming that he fell off the trailer while unloading. After falling off the trailer he called an ambulance and was taken to the hospital. Once he was discharged he got back in the truck and drove for over 17 hrs(890 miles) despite the fact that he should not have operated any machinery for the next 12 hours because of medication. We had this happened previously when driver fell of and broke his hand. He was a nice guy, so didn't sue us or anything, but we had him covered with Workers compensation insurance. I believe that's the way to go

So make it straight so we are small company and we hire truck driver to do the job. Life360 is very personal thing. I do not need to see where the worker personally located. All i need to know is where the truck is at.

The driver has an option to turn it off when not on the road. Life 360 allows you to create different groups with different people you allow to see your location. Seriously my 10 year old knows more about it. Even if you don't want if in business it's a good thing to have in personal life.

this thread is a bit old, but id like to ask, what other gps tracking devices can you suggest?

So we went with GPS Vehicle Tracking, Fleet Tracking Devices & Systems and its ok. Depends on what you expect from them, but as i need to see where my truckers is at and i dont do any caculation on it so it works for me just fine
