My customers are mostly set. I don’t do a lot of searching for places. If I did, I’d probably have both. Plus use Google maps and an Atlas. -

Ignore TomTom. It's a car GPS company trying to expand to commercial vehicles.
Garmin is the expert in GPS and does their best to be good with maps & routes for commercial vehicles.
RM is the experts in mapping & does their best with GPS.
Garmin or RM are perfectly fine. You will have to learn their way of using their box. You will like some things and not others, regardless of which you pick. I've used my RM740 for a year. I'm used to its quirks. I almost bought the Garmin 770. I would have been happy with it. Flip a coin, they are both good.WesternPlains Thanks this. -
