I could not imagine receiving a grade point average in trucking school; however, I was told I would need a 93% or higher to obtain the job. Is it a rather difficult task or do most get by with flying colors?

At my school some people had trouble and had to repeat the course. A few of us ended up with grades over 90%. I imagine you get what you put into it, like anything else. TMC and Maverick wanted a 90% from our school. The Roehl recruiter said we don't care what you get as long as you pass.

With my school some did better than others. 97% here but everyone in my class of 5 did well. I was looking at a company who told me the same thing. They wanted to see me come out of school with at least a 95% before they would consider accepting me into their company. I thought that was odd at the time but am now seeing that it is more common than I had realized.
