New driver's is 1,000 sign on bonus. 2,500 is for experienced. Most all of them starter companies you mentioned should be avoided, the mostly suck. Check with Florida Beauty Supply, they traine new license holders without being bussed half way across the country for BS. Schneider is a good starting point with a good training program.
