A white Pete 387. I had a van on this morning, had the company name in a Harley emblem. The folks I'm currently leased to have lots of imagination, keemon! I saw the bull hauler turnouts first, then saw the name. Figured it might be u, but the fancy writin on the back gave it away.

I know this might sound a bit rough. But I found that gasoline and some Permatex Fast Orange hand cleaner with pumas takes the adhesive left behind from decals off doors pretty easily. Not sure how it would work on spray paint,.. but its not too expensive to find out.

No it's a product called Orange Peel. It is a natural citrus based solvent that is made from a chemical in orange peelings. It has all kinds of great uses. Google it. Highly recommend anyone keep a bottle of it on hand. Works like a champ removing decals too.

It's all cleaned up now. It kind of "ghosted" and marred the factory paint where some of the graffiti was when I cleaned it off with that solvent. But all in all not too bad and I don't think there was any way out of this without a little marring. I'm not embarrassed to pull it. Took about 6 hours of elbow grease.
Derailed, bullhaulerswife, icsheeple and 2 others Thank this.
