Great customer service President electronics

I had my radio mounted in the dash of my old truck and so I didnt need the screws that hold the mic holder to the actual radio and so they got misplaced. Well with the new truck it has to go back on the dash so I went to mount the mic.....and where are the screws? I couldn't find them. I called President and expecting them to charge me for them, if not for the postage I had my CC number ready. The guy took my name and address and said I'll put them in the mail today. You don't need anything else right, like the mic holder itself?" I said no sir I have that, just needed the screws that hold it to the side of the radio.

I get back to my house and there is an envelope from them with the screws I requested. I know it doesn't seem like much but I've had issues like this with other electronic items and they charge me for the item and postage.
