I can't really speak for south Texas on pay etc. I am region operations manager in west Texas and New Mexico. Out here guys that want max hours are getting that and pay depends on experience but somewhere in the $17-19 hour range plus OT. Full line of benefits paid vacation, paid holidays, company match 401k, insurance, etc.

It's not on their website. I for one would be interested if you hear anything else.

I talked to one of their drivers a few nights ago. He said they bumped them up more on the hourly pay. They are paid on their loads by commission but if they sit, wash truck etc then they are paid by the hour. Also I believe he mentioned their driver rate increased. Maybe one of their drivers can jump in here and clarify things. Sounds like a good gig if you don't mind running lots of short loads. This particular driver hauls 4 loads per night but only drives about 210 miles. $3300 quarterly bonus too if you don't F up!

I'm told that they do a lot of short runs, but they pay well. I'm also told that the night shift differential is something like a 30% premium...so thats where the good money is. I have heard of some very large daily revenue numbers by some of the hard core drivers. I don't want to post anything specific though....would rather hear that from someone closer to the source.
