    I retired from the Highway Patrol and now work for Averitt Express as a TL driver and love it. This site has been a great tool in deciding which route I wanted to go. I even drove a ready mix truck for 3 months after CDL school. That helped me tremendously as ready mix trucks weigh 80,000 lbs and are very very top heavy. So thanks for the truckers posting here as I have read many many many posts.
