i dont think was really savaged was he?
people were pointing out that it isnt a real great way of life for his child--and that it would be better if at least one parent was with him --and at home
at least i didnt mean to savage him

While i agree that i lack the life experience alot of folks here have, please don't lump me with the kids of this generation. I have been working since i was ten. And i may have been a bit strong in my opinion. But for people to be an e-thug (sorta of like a CB rambo) and down talk this man, well that makes me a lil irritable. i will rephrase and state that in a worst case scenario, i would do the same thing.

yes i have a 4 yr old lil girl. and i agree, it SHOULD be a prerequisite. people who do not have children cannot know what it is like....

there is one thing we agree on. in this country everyone is allowed to have there opinion and voice it. even if it starts pointless arguments on the internet. this is one of the reasons i love this country so much.

We the people cannot make our own decisions anymore. Government makes it for us.

If a parent or parents decide that they need to have their kid or kids in the truck I say fine. I had an uncle who was an owner op who raised his 2 boys literally in the truck. Him and his wife home-schooled. They lived in the truck for about 5 years and bought a house. His sons turned out great, one is a teacher and the other owns 5 trucks currently hailing containers. Both are outgoing, smart, and normal. Now ofcourse I think you have to have reasonable limitations on the whole thing. I think there should be a spouse in the truck, and other than that as a parent just use common sense. Have a fridge to help with eating healthy, and make sure there is plenty of outside time here and there. Oh, and how funny people think that a kid in a truck is going to be cramped up and stuff. Most kids nowadays live in front of a t.v or computer. lol. That kid in the truck will see the country and have a bond with Dad that is unreplaceable. Go for it imo.
