I called it quits for OTR due to medical issues.
GP is one hard running company... at least as far as I'm concerned. If you love long runs, you'll love GP. My take home was usually $1060/wk. That included per diem, and $75 taken out for escrow (up to $1000), which I got back minus $250 for truck cleaning. They're also straight up on their lease purchase program. I've met a few who paid their truck off; one who was on his second; and several more I heard about secondhand.

Does drivers still have to deal with Microsoft teams and Mike. I been hearing a lot of people have left the company?

I didn't like that people were coming and going more than you'd expect at a normal company. The truckers, from what I've seen, stay with the company. If you can separate the two, you've got it made, IMO. -
Do they do forced dispatch?
What's their chaining up/snowy/icy conditions/weather policy?
