Your best is to run under Central dispatch, you run and go were ever you want to go, no holding hands here, you can book any loads you want to run from anyone that we have credit with, you call any and all broker are Carrier you like if we and them have exchanged paper work you can book the load on run it, you must use a agent to bill the load, we cannot put the load in the system, only a agent can do that, the agent get you a G number that number is how the track the load as well a give you your advance to run the load, you can run for a agent if you want, I would say this if you know what you are doing don't sleep in bed with one, you will do much better on your own,

You can use any load broad you want, the broker just have to be approved by them, you can load for jb sureway Swift landstar celadon the list goes on, you pick what you want to do, they don't get involved with what you do, if you don't make it here it's on you, I would not stay here for 2 years if I could not feed my family, as in anything else you will have to find good broker's to work with, don't rely on their agent to get you load, because most of the agent have there guys that they have been working with, plus the mind set is 2$ per mile is good money which is bs, just remember short loads pay's the best, for example I am on a load know from Danville Virginia to Albany NY about 1100 miles round trip $ 3700, the next load 450 miles $2000, so you see its up to you what happens, in a good week I would run 1800 to 2500 miles, I can gross anyway from 5700 to 9500, that is before they take their cut, in a one you can gross 225,000 to 275,000 in a year, I have done it on any one that knows how to broker loads can do it, for example come Christmas some of the agent get ups and target different loads for the rush you can pull in 11,000 are more per week, again you just have to do your homework as I did,
