Copying his style isn't "stalking" by any legal definition. We were using that term lightly. "Copycat" is a better term for it.

 

It's not phishing either. Phishing is setting up a fake CLONED website in which people are supposed to think it's their bank's or something. They enter their personal information and get their identity stolen. Amatuer Trucker isn't doing that. All he did was copy the general style of American Trucker's "signature" and stole his avatar.

If I was American Trucker, I'd be annoyed, but other than that, he's not really doing anything illegal. Just annoying, that's all. If he gets hostile or something, the site admins will ban him.

 

Lol calm down, it was a joke. As for phishing, it doesn't just pertain to making CLONED websites. Phishing comes in all different type of forms, most common usage is websites.

I don't understand the point of you saying this? I understand what phishing is. But you suggest that it only comes in the form of websites, which isn't true. I've taken plenty of CPS (Computer Security) classes to know whats what. Anyways, I'm done with this thread, pretty sure it ran it's course.

If I was in your shoes, I would just let the trainer continue using his card! But any chance you get to use yours, I would!

 

I don't understand the point of you saying this? Because what I posted applies to the INTERNET of which this SITE is part of and who care about all the CPS classes you have taken , it was not DIRECTED at YOU so get over yourself !
