Hey Mule I started working for them in Oct 08. When interveiwed the Tm told me we would be slow because of it being winter time. Well we have been slow I work out of the Tuscumbia yard and it is bad we take days off here and there every week. This would be a major problem if it wasnt for the minimum pay which is enough to keep you eating I guess. The MIN PAY IS 455WK-600WK depending on how long you have been with the company, 10 yrs to top out. I talked to many of their drivers before coming over here and all of them for the exptions of two were happy with this company. I so far like it they do not let you sit if your somewhere were theres no freight they deadhead you back to your yard I havent waited around more than two hours tops. When we are busy you can make anywhere between 32000-60000 depending on how you kike to run. the pay is .255% starting out up to 28% top out they also seem to keep their rates up. When I first started I ran three days and made a littleover $1000 so the moneys there when it picks up. I will say this right now is not a good time to start witj this company unless you live in coulmbus,tx we are very slow, the guys are saying it will be the middle of Feb before we start running hard agian. To anwser your question they are strait up with you so far no lies. When it picks up they expect you to run.

Greenbush is a sub of YellaWood, out of Al. If you like to drive for nothing, then there the one for you. Lots of deadhead, no pay, only loaded miles %. Trucks in Fl hub, junk. local driving in state, never make any money, they hate Mil. Reserve. Terry is bi-polar. The best part of the company was the orientation, free lunch.

If you worked for this company during the winter of 08. You probably like the rest of us had a lot of time to enjoy home life. As of Feb 09 if your not making any money your probably just lazy and will only run when you want and where you want. I was down at the flordia plant about a month ago and things seem like they where jumping they even had me deliver a load of yella wood for them. I guess everyone is different.

anyone know anything about the greenbush yard in conyers ga?
-
Start pay...25.5%...you will run, Ga,Fl Carolinas,Tenn,Ky,Al,La, Miss, and maybe Ark. Cant say for sure what you will make weekly as I run out of Muscle Shoals,al. We run a bit different than Conyers. I run into their drivers from time to time and they seem happy. PM me and ill answer any questions I can. Ive been with Greenbush for little more than three yrs. It is a great company to me anyway. We haul our own product out and then either white wood back to be treated or we will haul other stuff which we call outside freight. Let me know if I can answer any other questions? -
Hi there are you still working for Greenbush in Conyers? My husband is waiting on background check to get started. How do they do orientation, and is the pay as good as they lead you to believe? Can you really load up on the miles to make the money? What's the insurance like? You can PM me with the answers if you don't want to answer here. Thanks
