Do you have any interest in transferring over to Schneider Bulk?

Not sure if it's possible but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Unless he can get on a dedicated experience or want the tanker exp, it’s not worth it... I got a whole thread dedicated to why

Ah you young guys don't even know what's good.

Schneider National paid me while they were training me, and I just had to work there two years before the school debt was repaid. I'll take that all day before this new system. Lol

Same here, I got training with a mega and did two years with em' so that I didn't owe anything. They took it out of my check at $50 per week and then I moved on and up from there with a another company.

I didn't owe anything and didn't have to sign a contract for any length of employment either.

Not bad. It's gotten pretty dark, the more companies have found ways to cut corners.

If I had a lot of trucks I would not care one bit if you contacted me stating you wanted out of Schneider within weeks or even days of being with them. I would interview you and test your driving and pee and bam...give you a yes or a no. I literally expect drivers to bail from those high turnover places.

I would not waste any time and put yourself out to the world and let them decide. Just be honest and tell them you can see the writing on the wall and that you are just being proactive in your career choice.

The company didn't actually pay for it. It was all through state grants which didnt have to be paid back. Definitely would have paid out of pocket if I'd have had to but worked the system in my favor. I pay taxes so might as well reap the benefits when I can.
