I've got an 11 3500 best pickup I've ever owned and I've owned them all. I've only got 11000 miles on it but it's holding up just fine. The fuel mileage leaves a bit to be desired though the power and comfort more than makes up for that but I did go with the long horn version. In my opinion buy a dodge because ford sucks ###!

It was the 6.0. the 7.3's i've had were good engines, the AT's were weak. I'd really like something less than 10 years old. And I might concider a straight drive if nobody can build an AT.

I get around 11 in the city 15 to 17 on the highway and around 9 if I'm towing anything. I really like the improvements to the interior and the complete driveability of it though. If you want good power and decent mileage go with an 06 or older although I hate the cheap ### interior in those trucks.
