Having to work with a person inside an area no bigger than a large closet and is going to smell and is going to piss in front of you is unacceptable. They need to be reported. It doesn't mater what profession you work in. If a trainer screams and cusses a trainee that is called a hostile work environment and that is against federal law. All it takes is an EEOC investigation. It's a wonder that more trainers are not held accountable for their actions.
