    That's about the truth of it. Each dept has their own job and none of them work together.

    One of my most enjoyable jobs my boss was a broker/planner/dispatcher/safety/breakdown. If you had a problem at night, you called him at home and woke him up. Alot less confusion that way, working with one person. Though you tried hard not to wake him up.
