Your job is to go to deliver loads, no matter where they are. Imagine the drivers who've never been to NYC. The rules don't change because you may have never been there or the state/city/zip code is different.
Guys I'm freakin out. Please help.

Nope you are so wrong sir. I didn't sign up for this ship. I didn't have to go over to that side , I don't belong to that area , but since that load had to get done he sent one of his Best soldiers. But unfortunately I ran out of ammo. lol. That's why I got that ticket.

Put it this way. Use the same exact example as a CHP and the sheriffs. They both can drive almost anywhere, but their jurisdiction is so different. I mean they both ccan arrest, and even though they are both the law, sheriffs just don't need to cover the CHP's area.

I didn't sign up to go to alabama, yet I go there. I didn't sign up to deal with crackheads, yet I do. I also didn't sign up for getting up in the morning!!!!! Yet I always am. I "don't belong" in the south, according to some, yet I'm there a lot. I don't know how long you've been driving, but sometimes we have to go where we don't want to. This is the job.99saleen87 Thanks this.

Uh, there's a big difference in what police officers do and what we do..... Because of different laws in different jurisdictions, there's different protocol that they must adhere to. You don't have that.99saleen87 Thanks this.

Yeah you are kind of right. My job title is "dedicated" Driver not OTR driver. Which this load belong to an OTR driver. I clearly see where you coming from Joseph. By the way you express yourself, I can clearly see that you are a very hard-working man. Kudos bud. Keep riding them 18 dark ones.joseph1135 Thanks this.

Thanks for the comment chief. I know I'm one of the best, iif not the best on my crew. I like to keep it to myself nicely and humble, but in this case the situation merits it to say that I'm one of the best if not the best. Just saying.

I may be wrong, but I don't believe that applies to CDL drivers. Yes, regular drivers can do the school in lieu of getting points on their license, but not CDL. Oh yeah, if you go that route, you not only pay the fine, you pay for the school as well.99saleen87 Thanks this.

Your opinion is biased in all reality. Not to mention the best is who got the ticket. Sure doesn't say much for the rest of the crew for sure.
Don't misconstrue those words please I am not coming from a holier than thou stand point. It would take an entire thread to document my mistakes in 18 years of driving in places I don't belong.99saleen87 Thanks this. -
Right wore, but don't confuse the mistakes with being the best. Being the best only some can be even you if you work harder, but making mistakes is everybody in this world, unless you're a perfect human, which I believe those don't exist on this planet.wore out Thanks this.
