Guys I'm freakin out. Please help.

Your job is to go to deliver loads, no matter where they are. Imagine the drivers who've never been to NYC. The rules don't change because you may have never been there or the state/city/zip code is different.

 

I didn't sign up to go to alabama, yet I go there. I didn't sign up to deal with crackheads, yet I do. I also didn't sign up for getting up in the morning!!!!! Yet I always am. I "don't belong" in the south, according to some, yet I'm there a lot. I don't know how long you've been driving, but sometimes we have to go where we don't want to. This is the job.

 

Uh, there's a big difference in what police officers do and what we do..... Because of different laws in different jurisdictions, there's different protocol that they must adhere to. You don't have that.

 

I may be wrong, but I don't believe that applies to CDL drivers. Yes, regular drivers can do the school in lieu of getting points on their license, but not CDL. Oh yeah, if you go that route, you not only pay the fine, you pay for the school as well.

 

Your opinion is biased in all reality. Not to mention the best is who got the ticket. Sure doesn't say much for the rest of the crew for sure.
Don't misconstrue those words please I am not coming from a holier than thou stand point. It would take an entire thread to document my mistakes in 18 years of driving in places I don't belong.
