Check out Ozark guys. TriPac APUs and 1500 Watt inverters in all trucks ready for day one. No need to go to Wisconsin for service as Ozark has terminals in Memphis, Lenoir NC, Lebanon, TN, Springfield, MO and Evansville, Indiana. Full service shops with tire service pick ups and recovery Columbia Tow rigs at them also. Better than getting that repair done at some dealer or truck stop as Ozark Techs get you rolling fast!

I know I love to work with people that hijack threads to appear desperate
-
Is the recruiting a little slow for Ozark right now? Crap like your post above doesn't help your cause. This is a Wolding thread. Ozark has their own or start one about Ozark. The only thing you accomplished on the plus side here is you kept this one up top a little more so thanks for that.

I have direct experience with them hence my first post. Another asked about inverters so l am trying to help I am not trying to recruit. Both are dry van companies that do many paper loads so the comparison is valid. Why the hostility? Aren't we all trying to help our fellow drivers?
-
It just comes down to something that is missing in many drivers, common courtesy.
I'm sure Ozark is a fine company, but this is a how thread. If your still not aware of why what you did is annoying, I am unsure what to tell you.Goldenfan Thanks this. -
H.o.w came to cdl school and did a good presentation, was very impressed with them. Also they have a bonus for the area I'm in. I know there not a big company but that's what I prefer and maybe I can have seniority some day lol. Over all well worth the time to listen to and get some good information on them. They also have plenty of schedule options for people.

I wanted to go to H.O.W. but after finishing school they only give you 30 days to get out there and start.
By the time I got things in order it was already too late and I was scared to go there because I was told by the
recruiter that the first day you get there they make you parallel park and if you don't get it that day they send you
right back home. -
Yea they did mention they wanted to get us out of school while we still had everything fresh in are head. For the parallel parking they will train you on the stuff they ant you to learn for there standards. I wouldn't be to worried about it they don't expect a new driver to be perfect out of school I'm sure. The school I went to has done pretty good job and it sounds like a good job to start with to get experience. What company did you end up going for pink?
-
I am still not out there yet. too many things have come up at home you know deaths in the family, kids being born,
all that family stuff and my family is not all that keen on me going out there.
But there will never be a good time to start I feel I just have to go for it one of these months.
Its always something. I get emails almost every day from a few of the beginner companies and that is what I will
have to go with. Have you started at H. O. W. yet
