4 pallets, side by side, 7' high, weiging 10,000 lbs. on a straight truck. There's your problem right there. Top heavy plus condensed in the nose. Recipe for disaster. If by chance, you had 4 pallets singled, then they're going to slide. Lower the height of the product and spread it the distance of the van.

I'll take a picture on my next run, 5 pallets with 3 bails each. The place I deliver to has no dock so its a pallet jack spin around deal with a guy with a forklift picking them up at the back.

Are the pallets regular 40x48 and doubled or are they bigger and singled in there? Just curious..

just plain 40x48, I was thinking, there is some wool and other fiber embedded into the floor ( its pretty beat up). I know that stuff can be slippery at times and I do sweep the floor at every stop, but cannot ever get it all out.

Dude... just take the corners easy. If you get in an accident because one of those pallets slide, it's on you.
