No I understand that but even if I wanted to go to another company or heck even the same company which I do the recruiters are saying I need the 6 months of experience because it's been so long since I graduated from CDL school

    jrjsi Thanks this.

I know this is gonna sound like I'm being picky but I would really like to stay away from those companies.

They should just bring me on as a recent grad again. I don't understand why they won't do that they will make me do a road test anyway so what's the problem, you know.

I got my CDL in 2008, worked for (USA 2 weeks) (FFE 3 weeks).
I could not handle being on the road. I knocked on doors and used the Yellow Pages to find a job, it took a while, But I found it. and I'm still with it today. I bring home $600.00 every week, and home every night. Love that Flat Bed Work!!!

I live in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
I'm 52 years old and it's hard to find a job at my age.
If you stick with it you will find a job, I worked at a local Walmart until I found my current job. You need to get out and knock on doors and meet people face to face.
The internet will not find a job for you.

    tdcanterbury67 and MassHole Thank this.
