That's why I love GPS---they ARE THE SAME ONE--ther truckstop your GPS thingie is showing off 81 is ACT not Pilot--PILOT advertises off both exits because the exit ramps are literally around the corner from each other--the pilot is a stones throw from the intersections of i-81&70---
and the map your phone shows is wrong!--if you get off 81 and past the first pin(ACT Truckstop)that road continues to the road w/the second pin (pilot)then you make a left and boom there you are! -
I am too old and feeble to know how to copy another thread--but if you go to the thread in this section called ACT Hagerstown Md--you can see what I am talking of--more than one poster talks of fueling at Pilot and going across to ACT where there is room to park and decent food
-
no,you're wrong!they built the pilot across the street from act.it has a mcdonalds.the one off i-70 has subway.check pilot website if you think we're lying
-
No there not the same one I have physically been to both of them, not trying to argue just trying to clear up the confusion. Also that's not a screen shot from a GPS, that's the pilot flying J app that they actually up date fairly often.
-
OK, children. Let's settle this right now.
There are TWO Pilots in Hagerstown, MD.
One is at I-81, exit 5B (Halfway Blvd). There's the AC&T Truck stop across the street from it, with a McDonald's and a Subway in it.
The second one is at I-70, exit 24 (MD 63). Only a Subway is in that one.
End of thread. -
I fueled at the one across from AC&T, never had a problem with power.
-
The diesel at the I-70 doesn't look like diesel.
-
Do they actually source fuel from different suppliers for each of the two Pilots? Maybe they're blending the DEF into it as a test program
-
Maybe. But its ruined one of the new trucks. the brand new 2012 model Prostar+'s. 6 of them have been thrown in the shop for fuel system replacements.
