A driver might be required to obtain samples through the top hole, as well as sealing, being above the rating of the ladder would be a violation of OSHA regs. -
Do ya' think a company can make their own rules, or what? A 365 lb. tub of lard climbing on top of a tanker, if he falls, they don't want to repair the hole in the concrete, right?
-
I would think if you hit that weight, you wouldn't be looking for jobs that involve physical work. I know there are a few exceptions out there but they are what that is likely for. The three guys that want to do tankers that weight that much.
-
I used to haul tanker and i weighed over 500 lbs but i dropped down to 260 lbs

Most states are "At Will" states and they can fire or hire anyone they like.

seriously, thats not equal oppurtunity.
But it was a tanker company and maybe they dont want the trailer collapsing if you climb on top -
over gross.............literally..............gross
