No handicapped parking spots are not mandated for truck stops, for cars I think it is a certain percent required. For me personally I think truck stops should be required to have them.
If for no other reason to be in compliance the reasonable accommodation provision of the ADA. But I also think the use of them should be reasonable and have genuine need for it.
