handling rta overloading with court

our driver drove with over the 10% limit for overloading he was told when loading that is was 8 tonne but weight bridge read 11. why does a person of the company have sign the court document.? has any one settled out of court with the rta ? any website to read would be much appreicated.


next question my husband works for a plastic company past five years and was overtaken by Alvaro in sydney they came into the plastic industry with no trucks now treat my husband like nothing we were given written notice that nothing would change now past three months he is only working one day a week. they have since brought 7 trucks. took our entilement of fuel level to zero. have do you deal with people like this.
