That's great. The interview was a breeze and you'll basically be unofficially hired the pending your background check, physical, and drug screen

Ok then I'm going to see if I can get in touch with him tomorrow. I see them on Craigslist hiring and posting there hiring everyday. I was guessing it was a short on drivers or they're taking on more work than they can handle

They are swamped with work in the southeast. I heard 40 drivers short in Canton, MS at the new Nissan plant

Oh wow that's alot I see why there posting for drivers and I noticed they drop there driving experience level down to 2 years and not 3 years of driving experience anymore that might be the reason for that

I personally know a couple of guys that transferred from BHM to Canton. So that opened up some spots there.

That sound just like Usal a buddy of mine works for them now. I think he is out of training and they was trying to transfer him somewhere. He says there back up to but they put hiring on a hold I guess a shortage of trucks I heard at one point. He also told me he believe he should of applied for Hansen he said he thinks they pay more from a Hansen driver he talk to. And do you know if Hansen just runs the Southeast or other places

H&A runs all over the country, but you will stay pretty close to your home terminal unless you chose to run out further. From what I've been told by other drivers is that they let you run how you like to run. They try to get 60 hrs a week out of you.

That's really good then they should have a low turnover rate from that. I also heard you pretty much route yourself when they turn you a loose on your own. I heard they pay % some people say that okay with hauling cars

It is % which ive heard is the best way to get paid in auto transport. They pretty much let you pick your runs and leave you alone as long as your staying close to that 60 hrs. A lot of local freight out of the railyard in BHM, making getting home pretty easy from what I hear.
