Okay thanks. I took mine the other day. They made me lift 80 pounds to my chest and 50 pounds above my head standing up. I'm still trying to figure out why. Heaviest thing you gone pick up is a bar to tighten the straps that's bout 2 or 3 pounds. If they want to see if you in shape they should of did a treadmill test and a high test
