I've already done it , had to go to 2 concentras the first 1 there xray tech was out . So I'm at a 2nd 1 for the x ray

 

Yeah they want pictures of your neck chest and spine they took bout 6 pictures of me. I thought I was going to catch cancer with so many x rays. Your drug test should be back by Wednesday then it's off to Florida. I'm sitting here at home just waiting on the 18th. What terminal you're going to be out of?

 

I'm gonna be running out of Lawrenceville , Ga . I just left the DMV office doing the self certification mailed everything through FedEx so now it's in their hands lot of hoops to jump through

 

I had to call off my regular job last night so I can finish up today at the DMV office because they're not open on Mondays here in Georgia

 

I had an interview last friday in orlando Fl terminal and I am really confused because the manager there told me that the hourly pay during training will be 12 or 13 per hour and I'm been reading this thread for awhile and shane said was 16.50 per hour, I live in tampa FL 75 miles away from the terminal in orlando, but they have a small terminal in tampa with 2 truck and 4 drivers, so if I hired I will be working out the orlando terminal for awhile until I get enough experience And I can handle it myself.

 

Also he told me that I can take the truck home and drive everyday from tampa to orlando to start my shift, but I'm not sure if I will be responsible for paying the truck parking around my house?

 

He told me that some days are slower than others, you might have only one load that day and you can't refuse to take because you will be fired right there!!!!

 

I'm a tanker fuel delivery and I was trying to get out of this hazmat business that's all.

 

He said that is my responsibility to get there at Jacksonville FL for my training, but he never mentioned something about the gas money for my car. Also was told that after finish my training, depends how fast I learned I will be with a trainer in Orlando for 2 or 3 weeks, all depends on me, that's what he said!!!!! He was pretty sure saying that I will start seen decent money about 6 or 8 months. All depends on me, that's what he said!!!!! About 1000 to 1500 a week depends the high and low season.

 

Different terminals have different % pay the guy I interviewed with told me 16.50 I don't know if the terminal you'reworking out of paying you to train or the main headquarters I was told 16.50 two weeks down there and 2 or 3 weeks at the terminal you should call the the main headquarters in California to see what training pay is even tho the person that hired you don't be knowing the pay only human resources
