Happy 4th July Weekend

Happy 4th! Saturday I'm making pork bbq! Sunday, we're grillin burgers and chicken. Monday we're grillin steaks and then going out on the lake to watch fireworks. One of the local lakeside towns shoot their fireworks over the water. There is always about 100 boats out there getting the best view. I can't wait. Been five years since I done that.

Those that have to work, be extra safe and watch out for the drunks!

 

Going to my Brother's home. Big family get together and I'll end up bbqing for everyone. I alway's end up as the cook and I ENJOY IT. Just keep the cervesa(beer) coming.

 

So,be extra careful in Tn,by the lake(s)? For those unlucky enough to be in Brown County,Mn.,be careful on a 40 mile gravel river road from New Ulm to Morton...the county cops leave us alone there,as long as we stay off the black-top roads..
