Hi All,
I'm to the forum, but not trucking or the industry. I've been a driver, material handler, shipper/receiver, office clerk, etc. now back in the truck driving locally where I'm supposed to be. Driving is a passion for me and have missed it dearly. I've joined the forum to get caught up on the over the road aspect since it has been quite a while (10 years) since I've been out there! God bless you all! After reading the monstrosity that the industry is today from when I was out there I don't know why anyone would want to do it. No more fun and games like before.
Happy Easter!

Happy Easter to you too! And welcome to this nice big forum...
Hope you enjoy your time in here.
I agree with you about the industry today... Although I have started only 6 yrs ago... I can only imagine how much different and how much fun and "free" and crazy it was 15 or 20 yrs ago... I HATE the new HOS,
the electronic crap
... and I think will hate even more what is coming next... But, I LOVE the road...
and so far, haven't found anything else that I would like to be doing to make a living ON THE ROAD....
Wish you all the best...
