Seems like a lot of people getting banned.

Noticed a few names have disappeared. Still says Flip flops is a member under his name?

 

He should also be banned from owning a trucking company. If any of my drivers are stupid enough to run the way his driver did, THEY ARE GONE - NOW. I don't care if you are friends, family, whatever, why would that be a hard decision? Putting my lively hood at risk as well as the lives of everyone on the roads, Flipflops was as guilty as his driver.
WOW, and we wonder why the government wants cameras in the cabs and electronic logging, we should blame ourselves for letting the moron drivers crap on our industry.

Heck, I'm unaware of all that mess. Must be getting into to this a little on the late side.

 

I have to diagree. I think the real reason is to snuff out the smaller operations and gain more control. Yes, they may use cases such as this driver for justification of their I'll will, but I'd travel down the road with a guy like that way before I'd surround myself with mega fleet and bottom feeder drivers. They are the dangerous ones.
