I hope I never have to look at one.

Heck, do you ever look around at the other truck drivers in a truck stop?

Passengers are always complaining. "I'm hot, I'm cold, I'm on fire..." I don't need that.
Otr294highway, TankerP, Texas_hwy_287 and 3 others Thank this. -
At roughly 12 hours drive time between the two points, plus several stops, how does one driver complete the trip and then do you pay for layover?

Before driving, I worked in Retail.
I'm now in a situation where I don't deal with the ####### public and I like it that way.Otr294highway, NavigatorWife, Upinsmoke and 4 others Thank this. -
Are we there yet? Im thirsty. I gotta go. My kid is sick. etc etc etc etc.
My personal favorite? Driver has to dig out a passenger whose fare expired at Raleigh but now we are in Charlotte on a saturday night with the whole city closed up tight until Monday Am. (Bankers town) Spend 20 minutes telling dum dum to get off that bus. (I wont, I cant, this place is a dump, where do etc etc etc etc.)
Lord knows I never will be a coach driver, even at a million dollar annual salary. It's not worth it. Why? Because when someone finds that last nerve and grinds same... the whole bus including the company that owns it now has a very big problem.Texas_hwy_287, NavigatorWife, Upinsmoke and 2 others Thank this. -
If busses were set up like a cattle truck I would do it. Be kinda fun zapping a punk downer!
91B20H8, Rounded_nut, x1Heavy and 8 others Thank this.
