IF this is true then let them sue you. They will lose since the entire bill cept 200 is in your families name. They are just trying to bully you into paying something you don't owe.

Finally got my CDL back. Took some hard work on my part... but finally. I am hopefully heading back out with Swift on Monday. It all starts over again. Swift looked at my driving history and determined that I had 19mo in the last 3 years, so they are starting me out at .34 a mile. I will just have to hold it for another 18 months and that stupid suspened licenses rolls off my MVR. Keep it cool guys... have a great rest of the week.

Wow. Even at $100 per month for cable, that means the bill wasn't paid for 7.5 years? Me thinks we are only get part of the story............

    It was a combination of my dad's, mom's, brother's, and ex-wifes bill's.

What they're saying is that they believe it's all one person using a bunch of fake names. All they can do is put a mark on your credit that will fall off after 7 years. You can dispute it and the burden will be on them to prove it. I wouldn't pay them anything.
