Seems to me that we were treated as professionals and returned that respect by working hard for the company and taking care of the equipment. I was called at home a very few times by the small company and asked to do a favor and did because I knew they would take care of me. The larger company? Not so much...Still undecided, Capt. The problems with these mega co's is that they're run by bean counters as well as greedy individuals who could care less about any person working for them.
