Thanks for the advice brother. But, there is a truth is leasing task force that can handle this for me. There were several truth in leasing violations that they’ll have to answer. As a driver, I should be able to trust that the work I performed will be paid to me. Not taken from me in some generic form of deductions. Also I sat from Monday to Thursday in dodge city Kansas. Prime gave me the layover pay. Harper paid me 157 and that didn’t cover my fixed costs of the truck. I figured fixed costs are roughly 500 a day. Prime pays 600 a day for layover to cover the fixed costs and put food money in your pocket. The middle man, acting as a labor pimp. Took everything and barely left me with food money. The problem isn’t me as a driver. The problem is the labor pimp taking everything and using truth in leasing violations to hide behind. Plus the added protection of the cloth. I’m not the one!

 

So....in other words, I didn't read the contract, but that's OK, because this "task force" will handle it for me. The problem is not me, for not thouroughly investigating.

The problem is more than just the contract. But, definitely. There are several resources out there to handle people like them. Couldn’t imagine that a trucking company would have a fatal accident and drivers stressed and fatigued out there on the road because, of zero dollars in paychecks and no money for food, doesn’t lead to adequate rest and being fit for driving all odd hours everyday. It leads to malnutrition, stress and anxiety and depression. Because, what’s the home life like? Wifey probably thinks your helping cinnamon from, the cheaters nightclub pay her college tuition and room and board. Because, wifey and the kids are starving too. With no bills being paid, about to lose the house. that’s why the TLTF exists. Same with the FMCSA, and DOT.
