I worked for this company twice and both times it was good until Mark and Dan there so called dispatchers like to have that authority to make your miles disappear. They are your worst enemy and i think they get pleasure out of pissing drivers off. My advise to any driver thinking about working here dont waste your time. You get no raises and i dont care how many years you work for them, they are about them selves. There is no loyalty here besides being them for themselves' They short you on miles you run and take money out of your pocket. Check out other companys that dont charge you 500.00 to work for them and then when you quit they steal that money right under your nose and say you owe us.

Bill and Mrs. Roxanne are good ppl. Enjoyed my 6 months here until Mark the dispatcher drops your miles, tells lies to Bill then when John in safety say You are doing great and nobody listens to safety. Marks an ####### if u ask me and Dan seems to follow the leader... After Mark dropped my miles they wanted me to stay out for months and I wasn't with that. Overall it was by far the best I've ever had and would be happy to return but then I think about that dispatcher and my mind changes in a blink of an eye.. Miss them tho!!!

I worked for Bill and Roxanne at Merit then was one of the first drivers at Harris Quality, I did well with them, Mark Roeder is one of the best dispatchers I ever had, he doesn't tolerate any whining or crying and that rubs a lot of people the wrong way, I averaged 3000+ miles a week every week running mainly Nebraska west, but I also did what it takes to get the turn done including throwing chains, I left there to become an owner op, I still stop by and see them from time to time, bill will do what it takes to keep you happy, I am sorry if this post upsets some folks, I know several drivers that were there from the start that are still there and still happy, the only thing I did not like were the Texas loads they sucked, especially Taylor farms back to Sysco in Olathe

just want to say that all was explained to me in orientation and what was expected of me if I was hired,Period! Roxanne gave me a chance that I believe others wouldn't, haven't let her or the company down yet.I've worked for 5 different companies since 85 and HQ odds the best company I've been with. The shop does a great job on the trucks and work with the drivers to keep them safe. Can't say enough about the dispatchers, they keep me going and help with any problem I might have. They have an outstanding safety dept that is operated by a man that is as professional as it gets, haven't had a question or problem that he hasn't been able to help with yet, and to have a great staff, you have to have great owners who I know,Do care.I'm not lying when I say that it's hard to impress me by a long shot, but I have to say, that with HQ,I am.my fingers are tired now gotta take a break. 3413

I worked for Bill and Roxanne for 3 years and they are good people. Most drivers whine and cry because they don't know what is expected from them. Everyone has there complaints it was bad, but most that complained we lazy and thought they owed them more. My moto is you get out of life what you put in to it. As for mark yes we had our disagreements but that does not mean he is not a good person. You sit behind his desk and work with drivers that cry and moan and the added pressure of making things run you will see it differently. Other than that Bill has some of the best equipment of trucks on the road not to mention a great staff in his shop. You want to know more call me and I will give you the truth about Harris Quality 308 999 9708 FREDDY
