Sorry, I spotted this late: like Stew mentioned it's piece work... and shift work. Which isn't bad for local work. You put in a lot of hours though and experience down time on occasions (known as "field waits"). Friend of mine worked for them. Said take was 600-800/wk. And yes, knowing some spanish helps.
