2 cents is now a C- to a D+. From a B+ to a C. Not good as the grade gets lower. I have to write a collegiate level post later in coming weeks, but for now, this I'll make sure gets out there. There's too much to explain why the company is "getting like all the bad others".
In short, too safety conscious- they do the driver recruiting mill and give keys to people that shouldn't even be in those trucks. CSVA has ruined the game like sissy boy rules in sports. That's why loves shop employees laugh at road service calls when drivers call and can't speak English or be understood. Too much dumb #### , parking on shoulders with 4 ways on to order your uber eats or dick around, creates a hazard roadside don't even need to be there. Batblind headlights like it's Iran at night, etc Industry needs speech class and communication skills, they don't need more laws to combat stupidity they need to eliminate it before offering road scholarship. I will be leaving going back to ltl local work. If I'm gonna play a robot role Imma get paid medical and be a pampered bot boy.

Right. The company does have great recruiters , thus the name Tradition , tried to stick to that, but with the changing landscape of the Industry they will continue to be satisfied with the orientations and signing on new naive sorts that fill seats, to do the office work((which makes jobs) not doing us none of course)) of hiring and firing eight digit tax ids, so then there tax ids can feed the tax deductibles.
• Off topic addendum,--I've learned muchos OTR and I learn faster than many, just observing how the modern day driver is treated is a shame. I won't be a part of that flock of birds that allows it.
Once they disallowed editing off duty driving time or time you drove not doing work, that was pretty much the sign to venture elsewhere; all because an office person had to do more work in court because someone fritzed up! Of course , it wasn't me, or you, yet we have to be molded because of someone else goof?!? No. There's power pulls leveling out and that's bad for trucking. If it weren't for drivers their would be no office or bs wanna be big wheels pushing paper pencils...that simple.Last edited: Apr 10, 2021

Seems the office, the what have you titles and labels they give themselves seem to be dodging my calls or moving " snailish" to resolve my final settlement. I have screen captures of pay stubs and summaries and Eid documents of contracts signed prior to the lease purchase sham flam. Attorney prospects and advice open here... PM me I'd like to do a class settlement case for all drivers who have legal proof of unresolved claims. Again PM me if interested in the quest...Like to go past small claims right to Superior.. ?! -
I had a buddy of mine that did their fleece purchase, I told him it's a horrible idea, he was kinda out of options at the time, long story short he pulled one load for them and gave the truck back, it's a total joke, stay away. The list of rules they give you is insane, one I laughed at was you HAVE to have the truck polished, tanks, wheels and all the chrome atleast one time a year, which is fine but shouldn't be a demand. Total scam!
