I visited the Donvel website after 112racing posted their link yesterday and liked what I read about how the company came to be, but only found information on motion control for trucks which ALREADY HAD air suspensions.

Then, 1988pete379 again brought up Donvel this morning, so I wrote to the company, asking if they ALSO supplied air suspensions for trucks WITHOUT existing air-ride, and soon thereafter received the reply quoted below. In my book, Donvel will certainly be a contender for suspension upgrades...

"Thank you for your e-mail. The main problem, most of the
time, is the lack of control. Air suspensions are great at low speed but
there's too much rock, roll, slam down, bounce back at high speed. We can
take most of the excess movement out by simply adding the appropriate motion
control units in line with each air spring.

For the trucks without air ride we add air units, driver controlled. Each
stabilizer air spring has a motion control unit that makes it react in a
millisecond against unwanted slam down bounce back or side rock and roll.
If we can help further, don't hesitate to call me (800)411-1725.

    Thanks,

    Don Yale"
