Has anyone worked at both?

    That's probably what I will do honestly. Both TMs seem like good guys. I live about halfway between the 2. Pay is pretty equal.

    a question to ask is how many are being hired at each? meaning how quickly would you not be dead bottom...

    I went with OD. Turns out that I know a driver at that terminal and he is really happy.

    they topped the list for me when I started otr for my next job. got in with a succesful regional ltl instead. comparable pay etc. in 4 years I went from #14 at the bottom to #7 with 10 and counting under me.

    I'm new to the LTL world, so I couldn't tell you. I say apply and if they call, go to the interview. It can't hurt anything.
