Never drove for them, but I did notice when I was running a yard spotter that their drivers liked to drop trailers in the wrong place and skedaddle... Nice looking equipment, though.

    baha Thanks this.

I drove for them for almost 5 years. Left in June of this year to go run with a company that has their own load board. I enjoyed working there and it was a hard decision to leave. Here's my two cents worth:

    PROS:
    - Excellent equipment. Couple of years ago they bought a lot of new Utility Trailers. Any problems with your tractor or a trailer they will route
you back to the Caseyville yard to have the Shop fix it or send you to a service provider out on the road.
    - Good lanes running the Midwest (IL and IA) down to DFW/North Central Texas then up to Colorado (Denver or Fort Collins or Loveland) then back
across to the Midwest. NO East Coast or West Coast.
    - They keep you running - almost always have a pre-plan for your next load before you deliver your current load.
    - NEVER pressured to do anything illegal to get a load delivered. They are very safety conscious.
    - Small company - you are not treated like a number.
    - Never have to fight for Home Time. I stayed out 3-4 months at a time and would take 12-15 consecutive days off when I took time off. They were
    fine with that.
    - 100% no-touch freight ; company paid lumper fees.

    CONS:
    - Pay could be better.
    - More or less forced dispatch although i had an understanding with Fleet Manager there were certain Shippers/Receivers I would not go to.

Contact me directly if you have specific questions.
