Seems to be a problem already. Wifey is joining too (LaKitten) and is trying to post her own message on here. Not having any luck, keeps getting error message that her post is "too short". Any idea what's up with that????

Just make the message a little longer, and/or put a emoticon in the post.
Sometimes, just won't post a short message....

Well now, milady still can't get this place to accept her posts. Tried everything y'all suggested plus what we could think of, plus waving the magic cat's tail. Nope, still no go.:biggrin_2551:

That's a cryin' shame. She's a wonderful lady, full of fun. Highly talented and knows more about kits than kits do. Made her own website about Louisiana Plantations (her photos and stuff) and all kinds of other goodies. But now y'all not gonna get to meet her.:biggrin_25513:

Soooooo, we'll be cruisin on down the internet highway lookin for a home we both can enjoy.

    Sorry.

well, I'm glad you'r here. It's a fun and informative place. Lots of spirited debates but I think everybody sorta likes each other even when they don't see eye to eye.
I;m hopin to get a load to Louisiana when I get back out there on the road next week. I NEED some of that real Cajun Cookin and a bit more warm weather. It's cold up here already.

Did she click the confirmation email? I'll report this to the admin for some help with this situation.

Hang in there, we would love to have you both with us here.

Kittyfoot, I can try to troubleshoot the problem, but you haven't answered the email I sent yesterday afternoon. Also, because your wife is using Windows 98, it's likely that she is using Internet Explorer 4.0. The operating system doesn't really matter, but browser software that is more than a decade old is hard to support. There aren't enough hours in the day to do everything that this site requires, and to be perfectly honest, I'm going to prioritize help for members that are responsive and use software made in the 21st century.

    Mastertech Thanks this.
