It's really this simple. You should have paperwork proving you ran those loads. If you call the DOL and tell them you weren't paid, he has to prove to them that you were, when he can't do that, then you have a court case, and usually a free state lawyer.

 

Years ago my brother drove for a small Co. that refused to pay him. He made a convertible out of the guys pick up with an axe. He did get dragged to court and when the judge found out about the Co. and that this was SOP he fined my brother $50/$50.
