Just wanted to get info on what to expect while hauling glass, specialized, etc. for Maverick. Heard a lot of good stuff about them. I assume it involves going slower around curves etc. Thanks for any help.

All flatbed freight should be driven slower around curves due to the nature of flatbed trailers to lean more in turns than vans or reefers, but glass can be a little more touchy or more exactly "standing" glass. This is glass leaned against a rack in the center of trailer. It makes it appear to be a-frame like once tarped. This puts the center of gravity higher and thus more unstable. Drive carefully and responsibly and you'll do fine.shaker1025 Thanks this.

If you didnt hear it from a Maverick driver its almost certainly a lie and if you hear it from a Maverick driver with under a year at the company it might be bs. Hell we still, after many many many years from its first telling, have the lie about TMC and Maverick being one in the same lmao! Say that to Mr Williams and a vein pops out on his head,he hates that rumor.Last edited: May 19, 2011
