I'm an office manager/dispatcher for a small company out of NC, and we are looking to get in with some produce companies to haul around the country. We've hauled onions through a broker before, but we're looking for some regular hauls. We use flatbeds, don't currently have a reefer. I'm still fairly new at this stuff, so am hunting around, hoping somebody can give me an idea of where to go/look for this type of thing.
Thanks.

No one is gonna give away any good advice here. And personally, I don't blame them. What you're asking has taken many years for most of us to figure out. Just hit the streets and start talking to company drivers you can shake down would be your best bet. Good luck, man.

Why is that unethical?
