Try to get him off those if you can. They'll add an extra 10-30 lbs on him while driving.

I stopped completely the week before last. Water, Gater Aid, and coffee are it for me now.

I drank a case a week easily. Since I've quit, I drink maybe 12 bottles (12 oz) of Gater Aid. The same in coffee. And a lot more water.

    I sleep better too.

He drinks more juice and water than he does soda. He's not a coffee drinker, and I can understand that desire for a caffeine jolt out on the road. He has picked up my habit of diet sodas at least.

Considering how much beer that he doesn't drink now that he is out on the road, he is ahead of the game calorie-wise. He is in much better shape and probably eats better now that he is driving.

Of all the substances that he has ingested over the years, and all the abuse that he did to his body, who am I to tell him that sodas will kill him?

If you can't get a microwave or a snappy( a think that plugs into the cigarette lighter that heats your food slowly) You may be able to go with Tuna in a bag or can, deviled ham, chicken spreads and crackers, pepperoni and cheese makes a good snack.

They used to have Burton stoves too they plug into your ciggy lighter too and you can even cook meat in those in the cooking bags you get at Walmart, you can have taters and carrots and stewed meat while on the road. Type in Burton Stoves to take a look at one.

Cereal is great to keep in your truck, your money will last longer the more you eat out of your truck just keep trying and something will work for you to help you save money.

For Breakfast: A 12 volt Lunchbox, a 12 volt skillet, aluminum foil.
Small walmart biscuits in a can (half the size of regular roll. I think 5 in container)
    Premade sausage links or patties
    eggs.
put alum. foil in luch box, throw biscuits in. the tops wont cook well, so you will have to flip them.
cook sausage in skillet, then cook eggs in skillet.

    WALA!! LOL

If you read other posts carefully getting a date to go to orientation isn't being hired and I wouldn't call May 18th very soon but stay positive .
