Thankfully that situation means foreign not 'probably a criminal'. But yeah lol it's always funny when you American logistics and the dispatcher is obviously a first gen immigrant

Not only the dispatch, most of the cases the owner is, and he is the dispatcher, offten really criminals. I'm an immigrant myself and have heavy accent, but I don't name my company American.

Biggest crook I ever worked for would proclaim he was a born again christian to any who would listen. Not all businesses that proclaim their religion are crooks but it makes me cautious.

A rule that is good 95% of the time isn't a bad rule. The remaining 5% are probably pretty new to their religion or they would know that they were behaving with poor taste.

I would have to agree with just about everything started. I went into business with my best friend who we were also in a bible study together for 3 years. 6 months in customers started complaining that my partner was screwing other people from the church we attended. It did not end well and we haven't talked to each other in over 10 years since I walked away from the business. I learned to be very careful about going into business with your best friend after that.

You definitely want to pick your friends a little better. One of the hardest things in life as you move up in life is knowing who to trust. I'm convinced one of the biggest reasons why people fail is that they expect the people they know to magically be better than humans usually are.

I like my friends, but if there's enough money on the line there had better be absolutely perfect transparency. When someone 'values their privacy' about business they are almost always up to something.

This company also known as Armstrong Freight out of Shady Cove Oregon, ran by a Ray Hilton is a crook. He screwed me over for a little over $25,000 in 2016.
He seems to have made a career out of screwing over small trucking companies acting as a freight agent. If you would like to know more about this prick give me a call anytime and I will tell you all about him. Deleted
