One of my step fathers was a Officer in Chosin, before that he was with small trucks on the Boston and Maine railroad back in the early steam days where trailer trucks were a novelty, I was told that he could not run a trailer to save himself but was issued a chain drive to run which he did well. I suspect that it all evens out in the end.

Trucker you are making this needlessly confusing.
Do you have a full CDL, or a permit, as in a CLP, learning permit?
Do you have a residence in AZ? An address? Are you returning to AZ and not staying in MD?
Answering those simple questions will make it much easier for people to give you advice. -

I was trying to learn if that person indeed has two CDL's If so there is a big problem.
Another challenge is converting to english. Part of my original language deals with time and space. So I have to try and place a question here a situation there and something else over yonder. It does not always write well in English. Sorry for any confusion.
