Ok here's the deal. I have my Dot card and my Permit already for the state of AZ however I live in MD. I'm looking for information on how long could training possibly be for me. The only thing I need work on is backing turning and shifting. I was training at a small outfit in AZ. I was driving a 2013 cascadia dd15 auto 10 speed so I haven't shift a stick yet. Now my dilemma Is that I'm in MD but my Permit and paperwork is all for the state of AZ. What should I do to finish being trained?

I would worry about how long the permit is good for, if it is less than a month, then you will have to take the tests again.

As far as your training, you have none at this point, anywhere you go should not allow "time served" as a way to speed up your training.
