Like it says, I have a class A with no endorsements but I dont have any T/T experience and no trucking school.

I have driven a straight truck back in the 80's for a couple of years and am currently in a Kenworth flatbed wrecker (air brakes) for just under a year now.

There is no money in driving a wrecker on top of alot of hours. Yesterday I left the house at 8a and didnt make it home until just before midnight. This is somewhat common.

I would like to get into hauling local or maybe even regional. Would there be anyone that would look at me without having the T/T experience or schooling? Am I stuck with having to go to a training company or school then OTR for a year or so?

    Thanks for you input...

Unless you find an owner operator willing to take you on then yes you will have to go to school. It's the insurance companies that require this. Going to be really tough finding something with no school and no experience. That's kind of a double whammy!
